Getting started

Four simple steps to getting support

  1. Get in touch

Call, email or send a message. You, a family member or your support coordinator can contact us.

  2. Meet and plan

We meet you, in person if you like, to talk about your goals, your routine and anything that could put you at risk.

  3. Agree in writing

You get a plain-language service agreement that says what we will do, when, and how you choose your workers.

  4. Support starts

We introduce your worker first. A supervisor checks in with you regularly to make sure it is working for you.

Why a small provider

Steady, familiar support from a team you know

More than ten years of care

Our team worked hands-on in disability and personal care for over a decade before starting FSD Care.

The same faces

We keep your roster to a few familiar workers, and we tell you early if anything changes.

Checked and trained

Every worker holds an NDIS Worker Screening Check and completes the NDIS Worker Orientation Module before their first shift.
